Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

The importance of Customer Service is becoming ever more apparent to business in today's competitive climate.  Giving your brand the edge by investing in excellent customer service is a great way to ensure your clients see you're head and shoulders above the rest.

For employee's an apprenticeship in Customer Service is a highly flexible qualification with a great range of transferable skills which can lead to opportunities in a number of different areas.

A Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Amdas Training is entirely based in the workplace and highly focussed on each individual learner's needs, their job role and where they want to progress to.

Team Lead/Supervisor Level 3

The success of a company's productivity, efficiency and overall performance can be largely attributed to how well management operates.  Whether you are looking to upskill an office team leader or a warehouse shift supervisor the bespoke nature of Amdas Training's team leader offering will ensure that every sector can take advantage of this highly valuable Apprenticeship.

Project Manager Associate Level 4

In every organisation, the ability to manage a project from conception to implementation is a key skill.  An apprenticeship in project management will allow an individual to develop organisational and time management skills.  Apprentices on an Amdas Training apprenticeship in project management will gain a strong understanding of resourcing within their specific company.  A strong emphasis on the effective use of technology is a key component of the Amdas Training approach to project management.  Learners and employers can also expect the development of project documentation to be a primary focus.  At the end of this course apprentices will have taken their Prince2 Foundation course but also have gained an appreciation for alternative methodologies.

Facilities Services Level 2 (Framework)

Facilities Services is a highly flexible qualification in spite of being the only course offered by Amdas Training that is a Framework.

This apprenticeship has two clear pathways, Cleaning and Security and is an excellent way to standardise process across an organisation and ensure a high quality approach to vitally important areas of operations such as disposing of hazardous waste.

Alongside our standard delivery model, Amdas Training have also developed a fully embedded ESOL Functional skills programme to be delivered hand in hand with this framework.

Operations Management Level 5

Operations Management Level 5

The Operations/Departmental manager apprenticeship is suitable for someone who manages teams or projects and is responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisations strategy.

Based on the three principles of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour the focus of the Operations Management Level 5 is to not simply focus on the theory of leadership. The main thrust of the course is the implementation of skills and knowledge learnt.

This course is both CMI and ILM accredited.
